When you arrive, we’ll sit and talk for about five minutes.
This gives you a chance to tell me about your health history and anything you want to focus on specifically for this visit.
Then you’ll lie on the massage table, fully clothed, and I’ll use light touch to unwind restrictions, find areas that are stuck, and help your body release old physical and emotional trauma.
Often times, we’ll continue to talk while you’re on the table. This allows us to work more deeply and get to the underlying components of your issue.
Sometimes I will suggest a homeopathic remedy, herbs or nutritional supplements to support your body and the work that we’re doing.
